Girls to the Front: whose data shapes AI?

AI learns from data about the world we have built, including its existing biases. The keynote examined how gender-based bias appears in technology and what that means for women in society and at work. The topic later became a two-part article series for Női Váltó magazine.

About

Making AI work means understanding the organisation.

I help organisations turn AI experimentation into consistent, sustainable ways of working. As an AI strategist, operations expert, and trainer, I focus on the people and the organisation as much as the technology.

My operational leadership background and AI implementation experience help me understand both how large organisations work and the human change required to make AI part of everyday practice.

This is the foundation of my talks, training, and transformation programmes. The goal is to help create positive, lasting change in how people work with AI.

Not everyone needs to understand how AI works. But everyone needs to know how to work with it.

The idea that runs through every talk I give.
